库区油泵房内管组竖向布置

Vertical Arrangement of Pipe Range in Oil Pump Room

  • 摘要: 油泵房是油库的中心环节,其作用主要是通过油泵与管组来实施的,因此, 如何使泵房内的管组布置能安全、快速地适应泵房所承担的任务,一直是油库工作者关心的问题。管组布置过去一直采用平面形式,而这一布置形式有诸多缺陷,如管道阀门操作不便、管道跨越时造成的存油不易放空等,为了解决这一问题,从70年代初开始就对管组布置进行技术改造,将管组平面布置改为竖向布置,经过20多年来的实践检验,证明竖向布置确实有以下三大优点,①布置合理、操作方便; ②减少占地、节约投资; ③整齐美观、便于自动化。

     

    Abstract: Oil pump room, the hub of tank farm, has its functions done by the oil pumps and pipe range in it. How to arrange the pipe range for safe and reasonable pump operation has been the major concern ever since. Horinzontal pipe range, the conventional arrangement in oil pump room, has such disadvantages as difficult valve manipulation and hard draining of the residual oil. Rearranging to vertical direction has been attempted since the early 70's. After over 20 years of application, it is proved that vertical arrangement of pipe range has the following three advantages: ①reasonable in arrangement, easy to operate; ② small land occupation and low investment; ③pleasent to eyes and easy to automize.
