An Introduction to the Automatic Control System of Lun-Korla Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了轮一库输油管道的概况。论述了轮库线自动控制系统的系统配制及系统功能, 管道运行过程是由站级可编程逻辑控制器PLC自动实施完成的。系统中PLC与IBM-6124间通过DH+网进行信息交换, 站控机与控制中心计算机通过微波通道进行通信。介绍了自控系统在沙漠地区应用中获得成功的经验, 认为成功的关键是由于使用了高质量、高可靠性的硬件设备及咸熟的工控软件——6200系列梯型图编程软件和Control view编程软件;实现了汉字提示操作功能,方便了运行人员的操作; 硬件中故障指示灯功能使故障检修更便捷;防风沙、防高温的控制室设计,为自控系统的连续运行提供了较好的使用环境。

     

    Abstract: After the general description of Lun-Korla pipeline, the paper introduces the configuration and functions of its automatic control system. Pipeline operation control is executed by the station PLC's, which exchange information with IBM-6124 through the DH + Network. Station controllers communicate via microwave channels which the central computer. The reasons for the successful realization of automatic control in desert are pointed out: ①the application of the hardwares of high quality and reliability, and of the well developed softwares- 6200 series ladder diagram programmining softwares and control view programming softwares: ② the realization of instruction with Chinese characters, which is more convenient for operators; ③the realization of fault indication with indicators on hardwares, which simplizes the maintenance; ④ the engineering of control room which can withstand sandstorms and high temperature, in which automatic control system can operate normally.
