An Overview of Detecting and Diagnostic Techniques Used in Oil Storage and Transportation

  • 摘要: 在油料储运工作中,输油储油设备的检测与故障诊断十分必要。随着传感器、智能化仪表、通信以及数据处理等专业技术的发展, 便携式、机动式和在线式的专用检测仪表和设备不断用于仪器仪表的检定与校准,以及用于工艺及电气设备的故障诊断中,从而极大地增加了输油、加油、储油系统的无故障工作时间,提高了系统的可靠性。根据当前国内外有关资料及研究成果, 系统地介绍了当前油料储运检测诊断技术的现状与发展趋势,这些技术主要包括: 输油管道泄漏检测与定位、储油罐泄漏检测、油料质量现场或在线检测、加油站储油与加油监测等。

     

    Abstract: It is of great necessity to conduct detection and diagnosis on the equipments which are in operation for oil storage and transportation. With the development of such technologies as sensors, intelligent instruments. telecomnunication and data processing, more and more portable, motor-driven and in line detecting instruments and equipments are used in verification and calibration of instrument as well as in fault diagnosis for processing and electrical equipments, giving rise to the great enlongation of normal operation hours and improvement of the system reliabilt ty. The paper, based on the relavent information and research achievements collected from Chuna and abroal, de scribes the present situation and development trend of the current detecting and diagnostic techniques used in the field of oil storage and transportation.
