  • 摘要: 回顾了国内外油罐自动计量技术的发展历程。介绍了美国VAREC公司、ROS MOUNT公司、FOXBORO公司、TOXAS公司、德国KROHNE公司、荷兰ENRAF公司、瑞典SAAB公司等油罐自动计量系统生产厂家的典型产品。介绍并分析了国内油罐自动计量仪表的最新产品。所涉及的计量系统及仪表类型覆盖了浮子钢带式、伺服动力式、电容式、光导式、微波雷达式、激光雷达式、超声波式、称重式、静压式等九大类。同时, 从计量准确度、系统功能等方面对各类系统进行了分析比较。并对计量技术的发展未来进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Development History and Prospects for Tank Gauging Technology automatic tank gauging systems made by the following manufacturers: VAREC, ROS MOUNT, FOXBORO, TOXAS, KROHNE, ENRAF, SAAB, atc. Also introduced and analyzed are the newest domestic instruments for automatic tank gauging. The following types of metering systems and instruments are described: float and tape. servo, capacitance, light guide, microwave radar, liser radar, ultrasonic, gravimetric, hydrostatic, etc. Meanwhile, different types of systems are compared for their metering precision and performance, with their development trends predicted.
