Optimal Valve Closing Mode for Minimum Delay Flow

  • 摘要: 在灌装管路系统中,关阀速度越快则引起的水击压头越高而滞后流量越小, 通过优化关阀方式以寻求低水击压头和最小滞后流量,对工程实践有重要意义。以往的优化设计方法由于存在目标函数单一、误差大、难以付诸实施等缺点,因而不能很好地解决这一难题,通过查阅资料和分析研究,运用模拟分析优化设计方法较理想地解决了该难题。由于该优化设计方法运用了水击特征方程计算水击参数, 对关阀过程中可能出现的各种关阀方式逐一进行水击模拟分析,并且在设计中充分考虑阀门的各种具体约束,因此, 该方法能保证其设计结果的准确性和可实现性。根据优化设计原理给出了最优关阀方式设计计算框图,便于在计算机上实现计算。最后,通过对优化设计结果的分析并结合实例, 揭示了管道充装对最优关阀方式的影响。

     

    Abstract: In the discharge piping system of a storage tank, the quiker the valve closing, the higher the surge pressure and the smaller the delay flow will be. Therefore, it is of great importance to optimize valve closing mode for purpose of achieving low surge pressure and minimum delay flow. The coventional optimization design method, sufferring from such drawbacks as stereotyped objective functions, big errors, low operability. etc. can not achieve the goal satisfactorily. This problem has heen solved successfully by means of the optimization design of simulation analysis. This method's correct and achievable design result can be contributed to: ① characteristic equation used for surge parameter calculation. ② surge simulation analysis made for e'sch possible valve closing mode, and ③ full considerations taken for every kind of constraint to the valve. On the basts of the principle of optimization design. shown in the paper is the comparation block diagram for the optimal valve closing mode, which is leelpful for realizing calculation in computer system. The influence of pipe filling on optimal valve closing mode is revealed through studying cases and analyzing the results of optumization design.
