  • 摘要: 对站内架空管道在地震作用下的反应进行了详细的分析,定性地对架空管道作了抗震验算。认为只要合理选用屈服极限大的管材,注意提高焊缝焊接质量, 在一般情况下,强震对管道本身并不能造成大的破坏,而管道支架的失效或强度不够是造成架空管道受震害破坏的一个极重要的原因。对架空管道的防震措施提出了以下建议,①管道应避免在地震烈度9度以上的地区敷设,②合理选择管材,应综合考虑管材的脆性转变温度、屈服极限、刚度等物理性能,③提高焊缝焊接质量, ④管道的支架应选用有足够强度和刚度的材料制成,支座应采用活动式,且能防侧滑,⑤对管道周围的建筑物应进行抗震加固。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzes in detail the reaction to earthquake of the aerial pipes in a pump station, and conducts a qualitative aseismic computation for the pipes. It is believed that strong earthquakes will cause no severe damage to the pipe itself, provided pipe material with high yield limit is selected and attention paid to improved welding quality, and that the predominant reason for the seismic damage to aerial pipes is the pipe supports which are no longer effective or have inadequate strength. The following aseismic precautions are given: ① Avoid to install any pipe in the area with seismic intensity higher than IX; ②Select pipe material reasonably through comprehensively considering its physical properties such as brittle transition temperature, yleld limit, rigidity, etc.; ③ Improve welding quality; ④ Use the pipe supports which have adequate strength and rigidity, keep them movable but prevent them from lateral sliding; ⑤ Reinforce the structures adjacent to the pipes to improve their aseismic ability.
