Points for Attention in the Design of Fabricated Inner Floating Roof

  • 摘要: 为了降低成品油储罐油气挥发损失,内浮顶油罐被大量采用,而装配式内浮顶因其无需焊接,所有零部件都可以从人孔送入,受到用户的欢迎。在调查国内设计、制造及使用内浮顶情况的基础上,结合对国内外有关设计规范的理解,提出了在设计中应注意的问题: ①设计载荷的确定。浮顶设计集中活载荷不应小于2 268 N, 而支柱设计均布活载荷不应于小610 Pa。②浮顶浮力大小的确定。浮顶浮力的大小是浮顶设计极为重要的参数,它直接影响到浮顶的安全运行,一般按浮顶重量的2倍设计。③浮顶直径大小的确定。浮顶直径过小,会使蒸发的油气从罐壁与浮顶的间隙中溢出,浮顶直径过大,会使浮顶偏移量受到一定的限制。

     

    Abstract: Inner floating roof tanks for product oil storage see a rapid development for the purpose of ninumizing the product loss due to volatilization. Especially, fabricated inner floating roofs are well received due to the fact that they need no welding and all their parts are accessable through the manhole in the tank. On the basis of investigations on the design. fabrications and applications of the inner floaling roofs in China, this paper mentions the following points which need attention in design: ① Determination of design load: the concentrated, active design load for floating roof shall not be less than 2268 N, and the uniform, active design load for the support leg shall not be less than 610 Pa. ② Determination of buoyancy of the floating roof: the buoyancy of floating roof is a critical parameter in design, because it has a direct influence on the safe operation of the roof; the buoyancy is generally designed as much as two times the roof's weight. ③Determination of roof size: while roofs having a too small diameter will result in oil vapour effusion from the gap between tank wand and roof rim, an over sized roof will lead to strained roof migration.
