防腐卷材生产装置的设计

The Design of Equipment for Anti-corrosion Roll Produdion

  • 摘要: 国内原油长输管道覆盖层大修工程量急剧增加,目前仍沿用的现场热浇涂施工方法很难保证大修质量, 解决这个问题的有效途径是采用防腐大修卷材, 它可以使现场防腐工程质量提高。防腐大修卷材制备的工艺流程是将玻璃纤维毡在熔融的改性石油沥青中浸渍后经冷却轧平而成, 制备卷材流水线由走带机构、浸渍机构、冷却机构、轧平机构、加热及电控机构等部分组成。设计该流水线的关键是①驱动系统设计, 保证带基走速均匀, ②带基速度控制, 调节带基浸渍时间, ③卷材厚度控制, 满足设计精度及快速夹入带基和清理刮辊的需要, ④浸渍槽结构设计,提高改性沥青浸涂质量, ⑤导油加热设备选择,提高流水线对不同环境的适应能力。卷材制备流水线设计生产能力100 m2/h, 可连续运转。调试及运行结果表明,生产装置设计合理, 产品性能稳定, 是管道维修补伤极好材料。

     

    Abstract: The cry for oil pipeline coating overhaul is increasingly running hight in China, but the technique of field hop application can not ensure reliable quality. An effective solution to this problem is to apply overhaul oriented anti-corrosion rolls which can improve the quality of field application. The rolls are made of fiber glass which is soaked in melten and modified petroleum asphalt, cooled and then rolled, The assembly line for the roll production consists of feed mechanism, soaking mechanism, coaling mechanism, rolling mechanism, heating and electric control units, etc. The keys to the design of assembly line are ①Drive system so designed to keep uniform feed speed of base tape; ②The speed of base tape so controlled to adjust soaking period; ③roll thickness so controlled to meet the requirements for design accuracy, rapid feed-in and roll cleaning; ④Soaking pit structure so designed to get optimal soaking quality; ⑤Cooling equipment so selected to adopt itself to different environments. The assembly line has a production capacity of 100 m2/h, and is capable of continuous operation. It is shown through commissioning and operation that the system is feasible design, and that the droducts are stable in performance, and are the ideal material for coating application and holiday repair.
