Some Problems in China's Pipeline Crossings

  • 摘要: 在大型河流穿跨越工程中,工程地质资料不准不细, 施工技术和机具准备不充分﹐严重影响着工程质量。通过实地调查指出以下几个问题, ①勘探设备陈旧、条件艰苦, 难以保证勘探质量; ②施工手段单一, 具体情况分析不够, 施工技术及准备不充分, 影响施工质量; ③管理制度不健全, 缺乏完善的质量保证体系, 工程概算、预算、决算层层突破,人和设备的效率很低。针对上述问题应认真分析, 采用符合实际的施工手段, 客观对待工程中存在的问题, 尽快实现设计标准化、工程预制化及施工机械化, 使工程质量和速度适应石油工业的发展。

     

    Abstract: The quality of the large rivers crossings of pipeline projects in China is strongly restricted by inaccurate and rough geological data as well as insufficient availability of the construction technology and implements. The following problerms are indicated through on-the-spot investigation: ①The quality of exploration can not be ensured due to the obsolete equipment and fornidable conditions; ②The construction quality is lowered because of the immutable construction procedure and insufficient availability of technology and implements; ③Incomplete managerial system and the absence of consunmate quality control system result in the successive breaking of project estimates, budget and final accounting and the under-utilization of manpower and equipment. To counter these problems. it is pointed out that proper construction procedures that tally with actual situations shall be adopted, existing problems shall be dealt with objectively, and standard design, prefabricated engineering and necha nized construction shall be realized as soon as possible, so that the construction quality and speed can be in step with the development of petroleum industry.
