柔轴组合式清管器的结构研究与设计

Structural Study and Design of Build-up Pig with Flexible Shaft

  • 摘要: 柔轴组合式清管器由柔轴、吹扫皮碗、衬套、密封皮碗、尾端皮碗固定器等组成, , 可用于油气管道的气液界面隔离、不同油品间的界面隔离和清管。对国内现有的球形、柔轴整体式、刚轴组合式三种清管器的隔离、清管与通行能力进行了比较详细的分析评价, 提出了柔轴组合式清管器的构思及对其结构设计的要点; 通过皮碗对管壁的总压力的理论分析, 得出了皮碗的结构参数k1, k2l是决定清管器性能的关键因素, 并给出了上述3个参数的优化设计方法; 柔轴与尾端皮碗的连接难度很大, 经试验认为美国1份专利提出的尾端皮碗固定器强度不够, 不适合在有急弯的管道上使用。通过两年多的研究, 解决了这一问题。介绍了这种清管器在可装拆型管道上的使用情况。

     

    Abstract: Build-up pig with flexible shaft, consisting of a flexible shaft, purging cup, bushing, sealing cup and tail cup holder, is suitable for gas-liquid separation, products interface separation and pipeline pigging. The three kinds of pigs available in China, spherical, flexible shaft-integral and stiff shaft-build up pigs are analysed in detail and compared in their ways of separation, pigging and trafficability. Presented are the conception of build-up pig with flexible shaft and its features of structural design. It is concluded through theoretical by broad coverage, high practicability, comprehensiveness, and multiple ettective tactors. Supervision basis is presented according to the specifications for technical supervision of construction. Supervision engmeers carry out the following activities during construction: ① Check and verify relavent documents and report; ② Supervise and inspect construction quality, including prestart-up mspecuon, procedure handover mspection subtle project inspection, restart-up after stop inspection etc.Quality evaluation and acceptance of the project are usally carried out following the procedure of line-item project, partitioned project and unit project.Unqualified projects will not be accepted. Acceptable projects are classified into two grades: qualified and excellent. To achieve accurate, subjective and reliable result, the Fuzzy evaluation method can be used to replace the troditional Scoring Table method.
