Optimized Design of URJ 92-6 Metallic Tank

  • 摘要: URJ 92-6金属油罐是汽车装载的金属油罐, 在设计中首次将优化设计理论与方法, 以及车辆的行驶理论用于车辆金属油罐。在已知数学模型的条件下, 采用混合离散变量优化方法, 进行优化运算, 得出罐体截面的最佳形状是“梯圆形”, 使URJ 92-6金属油罐达到了容量最大、重心最低的综合效果, 并利用加权系数将这一综合效果统一到目标函数中, 在满足罐体与封头的强度、刚度的前提下, 求得最佳的尺寸组合和最优的罐体壁厚, 同时URJ 92-6金属油罐车也满足了车辆行驶稳定性的要求, 保证了罐车的行驶安全, 为金属油罐设计的合理性、可靠性提供了可靠的理论依据和设计方法。

     

    Abstract: URJ 92-6 metallic tank is the oil tank carried by a road tank car.Both the theory and method of optimized design and the theory of car travelling are applied for the first time in the design of metallic tanks.Based on given mathemetic model, optimi/ation operation are conducted by optimizing hybrid discrete variables, and it is concluded that the optimal section of the tank body is ladder-shaped circle.An overall result of an URJ 92-6 tank with the largest capacity and lowest barycenter is achieved.By integrating it into objective function with weighed factor, optimal dimension combination and optimized shell thickness are obtained with the prerequisite of meeting the strength and rigidity requirements for tank body and head.In addition, URJ 92-6 metallic tank, which is suitable for stable car travelling and can ensure safe transportation, provides a sound theoretical basis and design method for optimization design of metallic tanks.
