管道水击增压速率控制技术研究

Study on Technique of Controlling Pipeline Surge Increasing Rate

  • 摘要: 控制管道水击增压速率对长输管道可防止早先超压,减少泵站压力保护系统的投用;对工艺管道可减轻振动,防止低压仪表与设备损坏。综述了国内外控制管道水击增压速率所采用的措施和装置,主要有泄压阀系统、气压缓冲罐系统、电子—液力泄放系统、橡胶套泄放阀系统、飞轮系统等。着重介绍新型双功泄压阀的原理和结构。在水击增压控制理论指导下,通过对增压速率调节系统数学物理模型的研究,发现在固定阻力下调节的非线性本质,它要求较大的蓄能系统;为减小蓄能系统容积,阻力应可变且自动补偿。新型双功泄压阀克服第一代双功阀橡胶套阀芯易老化、易疲劳变形、耐低温性能差的缺点,采用金属阀芯,妥善处理其动作的灵活性、关闭的严密性、运动的惯性等问题,并在弹簧的必要预紧力与阀的开启压力、刚度与工作行程之间进行合理的折衷。经过一年多的应用表明,新型双功液压阀能有效防止水击危害,保障输送安全。

     

    Abstract: Control of pipeline surge increasing rate can play such a role as avoiding early over pressure occurance, reducing the frequency of usage of the pressure protection system allocated at stations, reducing vibration to the piping, and preventing the low voltage instruments and equipment from being damaged. Summarized in the article are the control method and device adopted in foreign designs, such as pressure relief valve system, air pressure buffer system, electronic/hydrolic relief system, rubber sleave relief valve system and fly wheel system, etc. The principle and structure of the new type relief valves of dual functions are described emphasizely. Through the study on mathematic and physical models of pressure increase regulation system guided by the control theory of surge pressure increase, the writer discovered the nonlinear nature of the regulation under fixed friction, it requires a large energy accumulation system. Friction should be changable and self-compensable to reduce the capacity of energy accumulator. The new type of dual functions relief valves can overcome the shortcomings of the first generation of dual functions with rubber valve plug, which are easy to get aging and deform due to futigue and poor in low temperature resistance. Metal valve plugs are adopted with careful and skillful treatments of the reflexibility of actions, tightness of closing, and the initia of movement, etc. Reasonable compromise should also be performed between the necessary prefastening of springs and the start up pressure of valves, between stiffness and operating course. A year operation of the new type pressure relief valves of dual functions proves that this kind of valves can effectively avoid damages caused by surge so that safety operation is able to be guaranteed.
