Abstract:
Anti-balance method is adopted in efficiency measurement, which has such advantages as fewer parameters are necessary for the measurement (Pump flowrate is unnessary to measure.), and easy to obtain. Yet, the parameters of CICTR and method of the measurement should be studied further. Measurement of CTCTR should be performed under the condition of thermal insulation and steady pressure, with the average mathematic value, as CICTR, of temperature rise △t
p measured while the temperature rises and the temperature drop, △t
p measured while the temperature drops. The measured result of CICTR shows that CICTR is related to crude property, the temperature of the compressed crude as well as pressure and density, among which density is considered to be the most related. The principle for measuring the parameters is described in the paper. Measuring process should be designed and created, the thermal condition of which is thermal insulation, pump pressure is easy to regulate and the pump operates under a steady preassure. The temperature of crude after/ before being compressed can be directly measured following the stipulations in the measuring procedures. Pump efficiency should be measured and calculated with the anti-balance method of measured CICTR to an oil pump. Compared with the balance method result at the same time, the relative fault is only 2% which is fully in line with the requirement for Class B measurement of ISO.
