  • 摘要: 介绍了一种新的湿式储气罐柔索导向系统。该系统主要由按一定方式布置的滑轮组组成。分析了这种导向系统的主要特点,它能有效地防止钟罩倾覆, 与外导架直升式导向系统等相比、可在不降低抗倾覆性能的情况下显著降低导向系统的成本。探讨了该系统在工程应用中的一些问题,重点讨论了滑轮组的两种布置方案。并1000m3容积储气罐为例。分析钢绳的拉力和所需的直径。指出了该导向系统在建造成本方面的优越性。

     

    Abstract: Introduced in this article is the guiding system of flexible cables of a gas holder which is of wet type and low pressure. The system consists of groups of sliding wheels allocated in certain direction. A nalysis is performed on the system performance. It can effectively prevent the bell jar from tilting. Compared with the guiding system of external frame. the cost of this guiding system can be Teduced reducing the performance of anti~tiliting. And some application problems in projects are also discussed.Mainly discussed are the two kinds of plans for sliding wheel group allocation. A gas holder of 1000m3 is mentioned as an analysis of steel cable diameter required for pull fource. The advantage of the guiding system is the manufacturing cost which is put forward as well.
