Abstract: Based on the scienfific planning of the equipment allocated on a tank farm. method of Comprehensive evaluation by experts can be used for the study' of optimization decision on equipment renovation so as to maintain the order of excution plan of the items to be maintained, renovated and to get the best maintenence benefits. The following is the basic procedure of the Expert Evaluation Method: First.to list the evaluation index and index weight and then define class metrix and finally work out expett consultance form with evaluation, statistics, itemization, calculation and order atranging. The example gi ven indicates that Expers Evaluation Method、if used in the decision of tank farm equipment renovation, can deal with decision problems under the condition of multi-factors and finite quantity so as to prevent and blindness in renovation decision.
