  • 摘要: 美国《Pipeline Digest》1994年3月、5月号汇总的1993年度世界各类防腐层的使用面积为2 085.6×104m2, 其中熔结环氧粉末占42%.列首位。其后为煤焦油瓷漆和缠绕聚乙烯。在美国与其他国家之间.各类防腐层的使用情况有很大差异。在美国.对各种管径的管道, 熔结环氧粉末都占绝对优势; 而在其他国家、熔结环氧粉末使用量并不高,且主要用于大直径管道。占首位的仍是煤焦油瓷漆。主要用在中小直径管道上。多层防腐层的使用量很少,仅占总量的0.63%。

     

    Abstract: The total amount of different coatings applied in the world, 1993 was up to 2085.6×104m2 in area. which is described in the 3rd and the 4th issues of the American Pipeline Abstract. Of all the coating materials. fussion epoxy powder takes 42% and is reffered to as the main kind folowed by coat tar enamel and polyethelyne. But the application status varies in the USA and other countries. for ehample. fussion epoxy powder is most widely used in pipelines of all diameters in USA. but mainly used in large diameter pipelines in other countries. Instead. coal tar enamel remains the most widely used, but mainly in small size pipelines. Multi-player coatings find their less use. taking 0.63% of the total amount only.
