  • 摘要: 加热炉是长输管道和油田生产中广泛使用的加热设备, 要求热效率高、安全可靠、适应性广、性能稳定、操作简便。综述了加热炉技术的发展状况, 介绍了5000kW微机控制直接式原油加热炉的性能、特点和研制、测试、运行结果。该加热炉已正式投入生产运行一年多, 与相同热负荷的热媒间接加热系统相比, 造价为后者的60%~70%, 占地面积也大为减少, 以濮临线输油量计算, 年节约燃料油费用人民币100万元。1993年12月通过了中国石油天然气总公司科技成果鉴定, 鉴定证书指出: 微机控制直接式原油加热炉是轻型快装炉型结构、硅酸铝耐火纤维折叠块衬里、外混式双气道气动雾化燃烧器、计算机优化燃烧控制——双交叉双向限幅控制系统等先进技术的综合应用, 使加热炉平均运行热效率达91%, 经查新证明在国内属综合性的首次应用, 处于国内领先地位, 接近国际先进水平。

     

    Abstract: Boilers are a kind of widely used heating equipment in long distance pipelines and oil fields, having such characteristics as high heating efficiency, safety and reliability, wide applicability, stable performance and being convenient in operation.The development of boiler tachnique is summerized in the paper with the introduction of a 5 000 kW controlled by a computer, its performance, characteristics and the results of research and production, tests and operation. This boilor has been in use for a year or so, 60%-70% of the cost of indirect heating system of diathermic oil which shares the same heat load, but much smaller in dimension. Taking the flowrate parameters of Pu-Lin Pipeline for calculation, it can save 1 million yuan (RMB) for the fuel consumed annually.It was authenficated as one of the scientific achievements by CNPC in Dec, 1993. The Authentics Certificate says: "Computer controlled direct heating boilers are of light package structure, with the lining of folded pads of aluminum silicate fibre which is fireproof, and the neumatic atomizing burner with the ait and oil mixed outside of it, optiomizad by computers for burning control of double crossing and double direction range control system, etc are used in a compressive way and make it possible for the average heat efficiency get to 91%. According to the latest documentation published, it is the first applicationin in China, close to up-to-date world level.
