降凝剂的筛选、评价及机理探讨
Depressent Selection, Evaluation and Research on Its Mechanism

摘要: 鉴于目前通过繁琐重复的实验进行降凝剂的筛选, 还难以选出性能好又适合于某种原油的降凝剂, 提出了含蜡原油降凝剂的筛选模式: ①判断某种原油倾点改善的最好程度, 以决定该原油进行加剂处理的可能性; ②分析含蜡原油的DSC曲线与降凝剂的DSC曲线; ③从流变学的角度来筛选。降凝剂对原油改性效果的实验模拟方法, 应联系现场实际, 全面考虑各项指标, 并由定性模拟向定量测量发展。分析降凝剂对原油改性的原因时, 必须从物理、化学等多方面因素入手, 抓住主要矛盾, 具体分析。认为高速剪切不能破坏在较高温度下已析出的蜡晶结构, 而只能破坏剪切温度下蜡与降凝剂间的相互作用, 使加剂原油在更低温度下的流变性恶化。Abstract: Up to now, it's been found difficult to choose a kind of depressent even through complex and repeated experiments. The author, in the paper, shows three modes to choose depressent used in waxy oil: ①Find the best pour point so as to define if there is possibility to add the depresent. ②Analyze the DSC curve of the waxy crude oil and DSC curve of the depresent.③ Choose the depresent by considering Theological factors.The simulation experiment of modification effect by adding depresent should be performed in combination with practical situation, considering each concerning index from performance simulation to quantity measurement.To be aware of the reason why depresent can modify waxy oil, analysis should be done not only in physics but also in chamistry. The author holds such a point of view that the high speed shearing can not break down the wax crystal precipated at a high tampersture, only influence the effect the wax and depresent applied each other at shearing temperature, as a result, making worse the rheology of the crude oil at lower temperature.
