Statistical Method for Reliability of Individual Units of a Slurry Pipeline

  • 摘要: 浆体管道输送系统的可靠性, 关系到该系统能否安全生产和连续运行, 对固体物料输送有很大的影响。为了提高系统的可靠性, 除了在规划设计时要采用高可靠性的连接组成方式外, 还要提高组成系统的各单元可靠度, 浆体管道输送系统中, 单元可靠度是该系统总可靠度预测的基础数据。单元可靠性指标有平均无故障运行时间、故障率、平均修复时间、修复率、可用率, 单元工作状态有停机停用和正在使用状态。迸行统计工作时, 首先对单元工作状态进行识别, 并搜集运行或试验数据, 然后得出单元寿命流程图, 确定其分布类型, 最终进行参数估计并得出单元可靠度的统计值, 提供了算例。

     

    Abstract: The Reliability of individual units of a slurry pipeline plays an important role in the safety and continuous operation of the pipeline system and has much to do with solid medium transportation. In addition to highly reliable installation method considered in design phase, the reliability of each individual unit should be increased, it is the basic data for the general reliability of the entire system. The reliability including such indexes as: average time when there is no trouble, rate of fault, average time it takes to do the repair work, the repair rate, application rate, working condition of each unit, state of shutdown, and operating state etc. Unit working condition should be examinined before starting the work of statistics. In the meantime it is necessary to collect the relevant operation and test data followed by working out a service-life flow chart for each unit. Finally, comes the parameter estimation so as to have the statistical value of unit reliability worked out. A calculation example is also given in the paper.
