  • 摘要: 环氧粉末涂料应用于埋地钢管的外覆盖层o有着优良的防腐及机械性能。由于此项技术在国内初步应用,涂层的规范标准有待建立,尤其在生产过程中的质量控制方面。根据国外有关资料和国内经验就质量检验控制的三个主要方面进行了介绍:(1)原材料的检验,主要是进厂验收和试验室测试;(2)工艺过程的质量检致,包括管表面状态、除锈等级、锚纹深度、表面微尘及二次污染、预热温度的检测等伪容;(3)涂层检验包括厚度、检漏、附着力、固化度等检测内容。

     

    Abstract: Epoxy used for the external coating of buried steel pipeline has excellent anti - corrosive and mechanical performances? However, still at its beginning of application in China, the specifications for application of this kind of coating have yet to be enacted and perfected, especially the specification for the quality control of application. Based on the relavent foreign information and Chinese experiences, this paper discusses the following three main aspects of quality control: ① raw material inspections, mainly including acceptance inspection and laboratory test; ② quality inspections of working routine, including the inspection of pipe surface condition, derusting, anchor pattern, surface dust and secondary contamination, preheated temperature, etc.; and ③ coating inspections, including the inspection of coating thickness, holidays, adhesion, curing performance test. etc.
