对泵站加热炉紧急泄放系统的改造

Renovation of Emergency Relief Systems of Furnaces at Purmp Stations

  • 摘要: 针对目前泵站加热炉放空是通过打开紧急放空阀向污油池泄放这一做法之不足, 将一50m3卧式罐稍作改造, 作为临时放空罐代替污油池, 并增设加热炉紧急放空污油回收系统, 极好地将污油回收到3 000 m3储罐中。介绍了污油回收及泄放系统的工艺流程, 分析了加热炉泄放系统改造的原因, 从安全角度出发﹐对罐的安装位置及方式做了说明, 阐述了使用该系统应注意的一些问题。

     

    Abstract: Recently, furnace discharging is performed by opening the emergency relief valve and drain oil into the sump oil pool, which is not a favourable solution. For this reason, a 50m3 horizontal tank, after being renovated, can be used as a temperary venting tank to replace the sump oil pool with an emergently discharged sump oil system added to the furnace.In this way, sump oil can be stored in the 3000m3 tank.The authers introduce in the paper the process flow of sump oil discharge and recovery system with the reason analysed why the furnace relief system is necessary to be improved. The position of the tank is clearly stated from safety point of view together with points for attention if the system is applied.
