  • 摘要: 分析了国内使用常温高压气瓶储运CO2存在的不足,根据国外CO2低温储运技术, 介绍了天然CO2的低温液化过程和CO2低温储运的工艺流程, 通过分析计算认.为, 选用S8-12.5A单机双级氨制冷压缩机作为主机可满足提供CO2低温液化所需热量,用JN-151黄河牌汽车底盘、CO2储罐、仪表箱、增压器及输液软管等改装的低温CO2罐车, 可用于CO2长途运输。指出采用低温储运CO2可提高CO2的充装速度和储运效率, 并具有较高的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Disadvantages of CO2 stored and transported in cylinders of high pressure at normal temperature is analyzed in the article. In the light of foreign technique that CO2 is stored and transported at low temperature, introduced are CO2 liquifying procedure and flow process of its low temperature storage and transportation. Analysis shows that a single but double-stage ammonian cooling compressor, Model No. S8~12. 5A can be used as the host compressor which can meat the heat demand for CO2 low temperature liquification. Long distance CO2 transportation can be carried out by CO2 low temperature tank cat reequipped with the chassis of Honghe truck JN-151, a CO2 storage vessel, an instrument case, a pressure booster and liquid hose. It is pointed out that CO2 stored and transported at lower temperature can speed up the CO2 charging race and increase storage and transportation effect thus bring high economic benefit.
