Optimized Combination of Pumping Sets in Qin-Jing Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了秦京线输油管道概况及输油泵机组的配置情况, 指出秦京线技术改造应从改进工艺流程、增强输油泵性能、提高管道水力运行效率等方面着手。结合每台输油泵机组的性能, 提出了优化组合的总体原则: ①优先选用高效泵; ②充分发挥调速设备的作用; ③对DKS型输油泵采用进口调节阀调节。给出了秦京线输油泵机组优化组合的三种运行方式, 对每种运行方式的全线启泵台数、日输油量及单位耗电量等进行了综合分析, 同时指出输油量的大小与管道当量管内径有直接关系, 应根据不同的当量管内径, 选择不同的运行方式。

     

    Abstract: An introduction about Qin-Jing Pipeline is given in the paper with the layout of the pumping sets. The writer points out that Qin-Jing Pipeline renovation should start from process improvement, increase pump performance as well as hydraulic operation efficiency, etc.The general principle of optimized combination is given based on the performance of each pump unit.A. Prioty should be given to the pumps of high efficiencyB.Speed regulating equipment should be made the most use ofC.DKS pumps should be regulated with imported regulating valvesThree operation methods are given of the optimized combination of pumping sets of Qin-Jing Pipeline.For each operation method, analysis is performed on the number of the pumps in operation (the whole line) daily flowrate and unit power consumption. It is pointed out that there is direct relation between flowrate and the equivalent diameter of the pipeline. Therefore operation mode selection should be based on the equivalent diameter.
