  • 摘要: 介绍了在丙烷致冷工艺的研制开发、设计、生产实践过程中对这一新技术的认识,阐述了丙烷致冷工艺的特点, 通过与其它致冷工艺作比较, 认为丙烷致冷工艺具有流程简单、操作方便、轻烃收率高、适应性强、操作弹性大等优点, 提出在以回收C3+组分为目的的天然气轻烃回收装置设计中, 当原料气组成中C3+组分的含量达到250 g/m3(标)以。上时, 推广应用丙烷致冷工艺是合理的。在肯定丙烷致冷工艺所取得社会效益与经济效益的同时, 进一步分析展望了这项技术在我国的发展前景。

     

    Abstract: The writers spend lines on their understanding about propane cooling technique in the course of development, design and manufacture together with the cooling character. Compared with other cooling process, this method is thought to be simple in flow process, convenient in operation, high in natural gas liquid recovery rate and high in applicability and elastivity. In the design of natural gas liquid recovery plants specially used for recovering C3+ composition, propane cooling technique is considered to be reasonable if the C3+ content is over 250 g/m3. Propane cooling technique has got its social and economic benifits and has a bright future as well according to the further analysis done by the writers.
