  • 摘要: 止回阀是管线系统中较为重要的阀门, 多年来,止回阀的不正确选择往往成为管线系统中增大水击压力的危害源。从水力学的观点出发, 提出了正确选择止回阀的意义和基本原则, 并着重对产生水击时止回阀的工作状态进行分析, 在充分利用止回阀动态特性曲线和管线系统特性的基础上, 提出了选择止回阀的方法, 从而可以减少止回阀的水击增压值, 避免水击危害。

     

    Abstract: Check valves are important valves in pipeline system. Falty selection of these valves, for many years, have been the harmful source of increasing surge in pipeline system. From hydraulics points of view, the writer describes the significance and the basic phylosophy of correct selection of check valves, analyzing, with emphasis, the operation status of the valves when surge happens. Check valve selection should be based on dynamic and characteristic curve, which should be made most use of, and based on the characteristics of the pipeline system so that the surge booster value for check valves can be reduced and surge harm can be avoided.
