  • 摘要: 长输管道实现自动化, 电气系统是重要环节。合理设计输油站的电气系统,正确选择与输油站密切相关的电气设备, 是保证自动化管线安全平稳输油的基础因素之一。为了配合输油管道自动化, 根据输油站电气系统的技术要求, 结合我国自动化输油管道电气设计工作的实践, 对输油站电气系统与SCADA系统间的联系及相应的各类接口作了较详细的介绍, 还对变配电设备及泵、阀等关键输油设备的自动化接口配置给出了必要的例图。可供从事输油站电气系统设计和运行管理人员参考。

     

    Abstract: Electric power suppiy system is one of the key links in pipeline automation. Reasonable design of the electric power supply system for an oil transportaton staion and correct selection of electrical equpment closely relating to the station is a basic factor to maintain safe and stable operation of an automated pipeline. In order to match the pipeline automation, and based on the requirements for electric power supply system and oil transportation stations, the writer gives a decail introduction on the reiation between station electric power supply system and SCADA system and their interfaces with each reiated equipment in the light of the practical experience in electric power supply system design for the automated oil pipelines which have been constructed in China. In addition, necessary illustrative diaglams are given to indicate the interfaces between automation and the key equipment like transformation and distribution equipment, pumps ana valves, which can be used as reference for those who shall undertake the design for a station power supply system, the operators and the managerial personnel.
