  • 摘要: 摘要简要叙述了阿拉斯加管道的概况, 强调指出在管道建设初期, 把环境保护、保护野生动植物以及保持生态平衡等问题放到极为重要的位置是有远见的; 详细分析了阿拉斯加管道的制管方式、管材化学成分要求、管子机械强度规定以及为该管道编制的专用规范,并与API 5L标准及我国长输管道规范对比, 从中分析阿拉斯加管道的独到之处﹔介绍了阿拉斯加管遒穿过高寒地区四种不同类型永冻层的特点, 以及由此而为管道敷设提出的设计原则、施工方法、典型支撑架VSM结构型式、特殊地下埋设的结构图。

     

    Abstract: Introduced briefly in the paper is the general view of the Alaska Pipeline, America, pointing out, with emphasis, that it was foresight to have put the following consideration in the first place during the initial stage of pipeline construction: environmental protection, protection of wild animals and plants as: well as ecological balance. The writers provide a detail analysis on the method of manufacturing pipes for the pipeline, pipe requirements for chemical elements, specification for pipe mechanical strength and the codes specially worked out for the pipeline.The originality is analyzed through comparing with API 5L Standard and the retated Chinese standards for long distance pipelines with the introduction of the charachteristics of the Alaska Pipeline's crossing the four different kinds of permafrost horizens in cold areas, based on which the writers also spend lines on the design phylosophy, construction methods, the structure type of certain VSM supports and their special structural diagrams for burying.
