双位定值带状调节原理在自控系统中的应用

Principle of Strip Regulation between Two Setpoints (SRBTS) Used in Automated Control System

  • 摘要: 移动式输油管线自动化系统,主要采用油泵车自控和挂车泵自控的方式。油泵车以流量控制为主,出口压力调节为辅;挂车泵以进站压力控制为主,出站压力调节为辅,通过采集运行参量的当前值与输入的工作值、限值的对比、判断实现控制。双位定值带状调节由确定的流量或压力工作值加上1个正、负Δ值形成1个以工作值为中心的带,当参量在双位定值范围内,不作任何调节,一旦超出双位定值范围,应调节发动机转速,直到参量回到工作值为止。双位定值带状调节原理应用在DN 150移动式管线自控系统中效果好,达到了运行稳定可靠,调节平缓,输送安全的目的。

     

    Abstract: Mobile oil pipeline automation system mainly uses an automatically controlled truck mounted pump unit and a trailor mounted pump unit. The former gives first place to flowrate control with the outlet pressure regulation as the subsidiary. The latter gives first place to inlet pressure control with the outlet pressure regulation as the subsidiary. Control can be realized through accquisition of the present value of the operation parameters and the comparison and judgment of the input working value and limited value. The ' Strip Regulation between Two Setpoints ' is a strip type regulation with the working value as the center formed by the defined flowrate or working value of pressure plus a ±△ value. When the parameter is within the range of the two setpoints, no regulation is necessary. Once it gets beyond the range, it's necesssary to regulate the rotary speed of the motor until the parameter comes back to the working point. The principle of SRBTS is especially effective if used in DN 150 Mobile Pipeline Automated Control System. It can provide stable and reliable operation, mild regulation and safe transprtation.
