史密斯双向标准体积管控制系统的检修及调试

Obverhaulling and Adjusting of Smith's Bidirectional Standard Volume Tube Control System

  • 摘要: 提高输油泵站原油计量检测水平,需增设标准体积管控制系统。为节约开支,利用了闲置多年的史密斯双向标准体积管控制系统。该装置部分零部件锈蚀、技术资料缺乏,经过调研、现场测试、记录,掌握了有关控制部分线路图,并经过检修、调试,恢复了装置的功能,安装后已投入了生产运行。经过中国石油天然气总公司验收和辽宁省计量检定测试技术研究所标定,确定出标准体积2275.82升,重复性优于0.02%,控制系统动作灵敏、可靠,达到了国家JJG 209—80检定规程的要求。

     

    Abstract: To raise the inspecting level of crude oil metering at pump stations, it's necessary to allocateanother control system——a standard volume tube: Smith's Bidirectional Standard Volume Tube Contriol System, which had been left idle for years, was put into use for cost saving. The plant, even though part of its components had got rusted and no referencial information availabe. It became functioning again after being overhaulled, adjusted and tested based on the plan wiring obtained through investigation and study, field testing and records. Its standard volume has been up to 2 275.82 liters with the reproducibility of>0.02 percent defined in accordance with CNPC acceptance test and calibration done by Metering and Testing Research Institute, Liaoning Province. Both the sensitivity and reliability of the control system are found to meet the requirements of JJG 209-80 Inspection and Calibration Regulation.
