Research on Energy Saving for Dongxin-Shengli Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 东辛胜利输油管线由于乐安稠油油田的开发,从2号站、乐安站两处切入稀油和稠油相混合,从乐安站进该长输管线输至101油库,原有的运行条件变了,但运行方案未变,造成了较大的浪费。为改变这种状况,必须制定新的运行方案。通过对现有水力参数和热力参数的分析,从降低最低收油温度指标、2号站的加热炉功率调整及输量变动时的停泵等试验,制定出不同季度时的正常排量、大排量及低排量输送工况下,调整加热炉和输送泵运行台数的新运行方案,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: Since the development of Le'an Consistent Oil Fields, Dongxin-Shengli Oil Pipeline has been gathering flux oil from No. 2 Station and consistent oil from Le'an Station respectively and transporting the mixed oil to 101 tankfarms. The original condition has changed but the operational plan remains the same as before, thus resulting in great waste. Therefore, a new operational plan has got to be worked out. The following actions were taken, namely, analyzing the available hydraulic and thermal parameters, lowering the receiving tempertature indexes, adjusting the power of heaters at the No. 2 Station, doing the experiment of pump shutdown when flowrate changes etc. A new plan has been worked out: Changing the number of heaters and operating pumps for normal, high and low throughput according to different seasons, which has seen its good economic and social benefits.
