Wall Thickness of Line Pipe for Long Distance Pipelines

  • 摘要: 根据长输管道输送过程的变化, 分析了水平管道沿线压力的分布情况。为了充分利用管材的强度, 降低工程投资, 对于不同工期, 给出了对应的中间站场低压系统承压能力和站间理想变壁厚位置的确定方法。

     

    Abstract: In accordance with the different transportation phases, aralysis is done on the pressure distributed along horizontal pipelines in order to make the most use of pipe strenth so as to reduce project investiment. For different transportation phases, the bearing capacity of low pressure system is given in Corresponding intermediate stations with the method of defining ideal iocations, where pipe wall thickness changes between stations.
