Analysis of Internal Stress Caused by External Pressure Applied to the Underground Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic Pipes

  • 摘要: 在某些长输管道中考虑“以塑代钢”是有一定价值的。鉴于理地玻璃钢管在土壤等外荷载作用下应力计算的重要性, 文章按照结构力学方法, 结合土壤工程理论, 分析了地下玻璃钢管的土压力分布模式, 提出了在土壤外荷载作用下的内力分布计算公式, 通过实例计算, 证明了公式的实用性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: It is considered to be of value for plastics to replace steel in certain long distance pipelines. According to the importance of stress calculation of burried glass fibre reinforced pipes acted on by external load of soil, and the method of structural mechanics, and guided by the theory of soil engineering, analyzed in this article is the soilpressure destributionmode. The formula of calculating internal stress destribution caused by external load of soil is given as well.The utility and reliability of the formula are proved through practical example calculation.
