Research on the Micro-computor Remote Indicating System for the Potential of Pipeline Cathodic Protection

  • 摘要: 管道作为传输物料的工具, 电信号沿管道传输时衰减极为迅速, 传播常数比通信线大上千倍, 称之为电信号传输的高衰导体。为探索管道电信号传输规律, 开发其通信能力, 进行了管道对信号响应能力、传输长度、频谱特性、模式畸变、传输模式、高次模式激励形成系统、高次模式识别系统、分析控制系统的研究。建立起一套多单片机组成的通信系统, 实现了管道阴极保护电位的遥测。

     

    Abstract: Pipeline is the tool for transmiting material so that the electrical signal would be attenuated in a fast way along the pipeline. It is normal that the transmiting constant has more than thousand times than the communication line itself. Thus, we call it as the highly attenuating conductor for electrical signal transmission. To probe the electrical signal transmiting regularity of pipeline and the development of its communication capability, this paper makes researchs on the capability of pipeline responding to signal, the transmiting distance, the characteristics of frequency band, the pattern distortion, the transmission pattern, the activation system of higher pattern, the identification system of higher pattern and the analysing and controlling system. Thus, a set of communication system combined with multi-signal-chip units has been established and the remote indication for the potential of pipeline cathodic protection has been realized.
