Abstract: It is valuable to develop a subject, named as the Pipeline Operation Analysing Systematology, so that the level of present pipeline management may be enhanced. By such way, it is necessary to do an on-line, historical and predictive analysis on the pipeline operational condition by using computors and to have this analysing work systematized as well. The paper makes an analysis on the contents of time and space for pipeline operational analysis both systematically and preliminarily. It tries to open a new way for the technology development of pipeline operational management.
