The Energy Saving Technology of Frequency Conversion and Speed Regulation for Asynchronous Motor

  • 摘要: 异步电动机在解决了变频调速传动的一系列问题之后, 显示出极大的节能潜力, 而且大有发展的趋势。作者通过引进的SIMOVERT A变频装置和富士变频器的应用情况, 说明了它们的节能效果。前者为晶闸管变频调速, 适用于大型输油电动机; 后者为GTR脉宽调制变频调速, 用于中小型风机、水泵的电动机。

     

    Abstract: After the accomplishment of those problems such as frequency conversion and speed regulation for power transfer, the asynchronous motor has shown great potential in the field of energy saving and will have a fast trend to development. By the cases of using the imported, S1MOVERT A frequency conversion unit and FUJI frequency converter, the author explains their effects of energy saving. The former is a transistor type for frequency conversion and speed regulation, which is suitable for the large sized oil transmission motor. The latter is a GTR type for pulse-amplitude modulation, which is suitable for the motor of medium and small sized wind blower and water pump.
