Abstract: A good social and economical benefit can be achieved to apply glass fibre reinforced rlastic Pipe in the transfer of liquid chemical product at harbour. The paper introduces transfering process and makes analys is and calculation on hydraulics and heat transfer. By comparing with the plastic pipe and steel pipe, the former is more beneficial than the latter in the transfer of liquid chemical product. At same time, it also puts forward the value for calculation on the thickness and the span of glass fibre reinforced plastic pipe.
