  • 摘要: 为卷制压路机轮圈,通过分析计算,对卷制工艺做了可行性探讨,制定出一套切实可行的加工工艺,有效地控制了卷制过程中的延伸量、圆度和棱角,并总结出了卷制厚钢板的实践经验。

     

    Abstract: For rooling tie wheel circle of road roller, a feasibility study has been made for the rolling technique by various analysis and calculation. Thus, a practical and adoptable processing techni?ue has been set up and those elongation value, roundness and edge angle have teen ellectively controlled during the rolling process. At same time, an experience has been concluded in the practice of rolling thick steel plate.
