Abstract: The supervising and controlling system of computer network has been establish ed so that the modern management realized on Tie—Qin pipeline. The author emphatically introduces the configuration, characteristics, design concept, design content and program application of such computer network supervising and controlling system, and the main points of software development. At the same time, it uses such data to prove that economical benefit has been brought by this system for the oil transportation of Tie--Qin pipeline. Thus, the article propes a new way for those old pipelines, w hich are in general tech nical condition now a days in China, how to rea lized the modernization of manmagenet.
