Loading Technology of Large Crane for Sealing Position under Liquid

  • 摘要: 为提高铁路运输中轻质油品的装车技术,笔者从结构、组成、功能和特点等方面详细介绍了最新研制并投入使用的装车装置——大鹤管液下密闭定位装车装置。该装置使轻油损耗率降到1.038‰;使装车油品的最高静电电位比国内其它类型装车装置降低了5~10倍;使装车场环境烃浓度监测值比小鹤管上部喷溅式装车值降低3 442倍。几年的实践证明:该装置设计合理、操作方便、程控系统安全可靠、装车平稳、自动化水平高、经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: For the improvement of loading technology of light oil products in railway transportation, the author makes a detailed introduction on the loading device of large crane sealing position under liquid which has being developed and brought into use more recently in those fields of structure, configuration, function and character. This device can reduse the proportion of light oil loss as low as 1.038‰, the maximum static potential oi loading product as low as 5 to 10 times as compared with other same type devices in China, and the monitoring value of hydrocarbon density in loading environment as low as 3 442 times as compared with the loading method of small crane spreading position above liquid. It has been proved practically in recent years that this device has such advantages as reasonable design, simply operation, sa ic and reliable program controlled system, smooth loading, high level of automation and remark able econcmic beneiit.
