The Damage-safety Design Applied in Material Seliection of Pip-eline Design

  • 摘要: 文章简述了常规强度理论的局限性;指出了高强钢的韧性安全裕度是管道设计选材中必须考虑的因素;介绍了能判断非穿透性裂纹起裂和止裂的经验公式。文末,笔者用实例说明了“破损-安全”设计理论的可行性。

     

    Abstract: The article makes a simplified introduction on the limitations of conventional strength theory. It points out that the abundant safety of high strength steel tough ness is an important factor which should be considered in material sellection of pipeline design and it also introduces such experi-enced formula that could determine the starting fracture and ending fracture of non-periorated crack. At the end of article, the author uses those prac-tical examles to explain the teasibility of such damage-safety design theory.
