Thermal Stress Calculation of Steel Pipe Laid on Land

  • 摘要: 对于地上敷设钢管的大曲率半径非90°弯管的自体补偿能力及热应力问题,笔者运用力法进行了理论分析,提出了求解管系支座处弹性力的公式及其各项未知量的计算方法。文章还结合算例说明了求解管系最大热应力的计算步骤。

     

    Abstract: With the problems of self-compensating capability and thermal stress for those non 90° bends of large radius of curvature laid on land, the author uses the method of mechanics to do theoretical analysis and puts forward the formula of calculating elasticity on pipe support and the calculation method of those unknown quantity. The article also explains the steps of calculating the maximum thermal stress on pipe support with combination of calculation examples.
