混合原油比热容的测定及其计算方法

Method for Monitoring and Calculating the Proportional Calorific Capacity of Mixed Crude

  • 摘要: 为能及时确定输油管道中的混合原油的比热容,笔者提出通过对原始油样热容参数的加权计算来求解混合原油比热容的方法。大量的实测数据和计算结果的比较,证实了本文提出.的计算方法与实测混合原油比热容一温度关系吻合良好。其偏差小于5%。算例分析也表明该方法有足够的准确性。对编制管道输油计划和进行输油方案的预测有工程实用价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to determine the proportional calorific capacity of mixed cr-ude in oil pipeline on time, tlie author puts forward a meth od for calculating the proportional calorific capacity of mixed crude Ly way of using weighted calculation on the calorific capacity data of crude sample. By comparing qua-ntitative monitoring data with calculating results, it has been proved that the calculating method in the paper has a good relation with the practical monitoring proportional calorific capacity and tempreture of mixed crude, and that the difference is less than 5%. It has been proved too by calculation and analysis that this method has an enough precision and has a practical value on engineering for preparing oil pipeline operational plan and pred-etermining oil pipeline operational program.
