Theoretical Characteristic Curve of Oil Pipeline for Operation of Low Throughput

  • 摘要: 文章以秦-京线为例,讨论了不同季节、输量、油温和管壁结蜡厚度对低输量运行输油管道的影响,并用数据证实了对该类管道采取必要的工艺措施,用保持适当结蜡厚度的方法,可使管路尽可能地运行在相应的理想管路特性曲线上,并使输油生产的油、电综合能耗费用最低,达到经济运行的目的。

     

    Abstract: Taking Qin-Jing Pipeline as an example, tie paper makes a dis-wall wax bonding thickness on oil pipeline operation of low throughput. It uses data to prove that if such pipeline adopts necessary pròcessing by way of keeping w ax thickness on a reasonable level, so that pipeline could be op-erated on the theoretical characteristic curve as much close as possible。In such case that the combined energy consumption of oil and electricity for pi-peline operation is the minimum and the object of economical operation is obtained.
