Abstract: To Solve the problem of surge protection is the key point of oil pipeline in the technology of close-line transportation. Thus, it is the test rational selection of SCADA system for the pre-protection of surge. The paper introduces those special technology adopted in surge protection and its combination and function of SCADA system in close-line transportation.
