关于输油管道静水压试验的强度试验压力问题

The Yeildstrength Testing Pressure Problem for Oil Pipeline Hydrostatic Pressure Test

  • 摘要: 通过对国外部分测试资料的分析, 对我国《原油长输管道线路设计规范》(SYJ14-85)中强度试验压力问题做了说明, 认为该规范规定的强度试验压力是偏低的, 是管道试压的最低要求。为了提高我国输油管道建设的水平与质量, 建议将强度试验压力提高到管子实际屈服值。

     

    Abstract: Through the analysis on some testing informations from foreign countries, the paper explains the yeildstrength testing pressure problem according to " the Route Engineering Design Code" (SYJ 14-85) for crude oil pipeline in China. It is considered that the yeildstrength testing pressure defined in the code is on the low side and is minimum requirement for pipeline pressure test. Thus, it suggest that the yeildstrength testing pressure should be incresed untill pipe is begun to be practically yeilded in order to enhancing the construction level and quality of oil pipeline in China.
