Abstract: Crosging-over points is one of the problems which may be possible to meet with during constructions of oil pipeline at billy land and mountainons area. The paper probes into the calculating method of oil pipeline diemeter for crossing-over points, sets up the linear programing model of diameter combination after determination of crossing-over points and gives specific calculating case.
