F21添加剂对胜利原油降粘降凝及防蜡效果的实验

Experiment on the Effect of F21 Additives for Reducing Condensation and Viscosity and for wax Prevention of the Shengli Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 在胜利原油中添加F21蜡晶改良剂, 通过模型管道、静屈服值测定及静态结蜡试验, 从其降粘幅度、降屈服值效果和防蜡效率等方面进行了综合评价。表明添加F21对于提高特定条件下的管道输量, 延长停输时间都有较好的效果。

     

    Abstract: Based on the model pipeline, in the determination of static yieldstrength value and the test of static wax concentration, it has been generally evaluated for those ranges of viscosity reduction, effectiveness of reducing yield-strength value and coefficient of wax prevention etc, by the way of adding F21 wax crystal improving agent into the Shengli crude oil. Thus, it has been shown that adding F21 has a good result both for the increasement of pipeline throughput in a specific condition and for the extension of pipeline shutdown time.
