Evaluation of Pipeline Lifetime and Determination of Maintenance

  • 摘要: 管道的使用寿命一般在30~50年间, 但在此期限内往往由于管道老化而发生漏爆事故。这类事故其本质是统计性的, 其事故次数及首次事故时间是可以用数学模型来表达的。建立5~10年使用期的管道历史资料数据库, 用微机手段来预报事故, 及时采取预防性的检修措施, 是保证管道安全运行、防止突发事故发生的经济、有效的手段。

     

    Abstract: Generally, pipelinc lifetime is within the period of 30 to 50 years. Because of ageing of pipeline, the events of leakage and explosion will be taken into place within this period. Such events are statistical in nature and the number of events and the time of first event may be expressed by mathematical mode. With the establishment of historical data base within the pipeline operation of 5 to 10 years, the utilization of microcomputer for prediction of events and the application of maintaining measures for prevention in time, these are economical and effective means for the safety of pipeline operation and the prevention of unexpected events.
