深阳极地床的设计要点

Main Points for the Design of Deep Anode Bed

  • 摘要: 在对深埋的管道采用阴极保护技术时, 使用浅埋阳极地床的方法是无能为力的, 必须采用深阳极地床才能取得最佳效果, 由于深阳极属永固性设施, 故在设计中应慎重考虑其结构的合理性、稳固性, 及构件的绝缘处理等。文中就上述设计中应注意的问题作了介绍, 并指出它的设置还应避开不稳定的地区。

     

    Abstract: With the application of anode protection technique for the deeply buried pipeline, it is always helpless to use the method of shallow anode bed, so that it is necessary to use deep anode bed to achieve optimum result. Because deep anode bod is the permanent facility, careful consideration should be paied to the rationality and the stability of its structure, and to the insulating treatment of its components etc. The paper introduces the above mentioned problems in design and points out that its installation should be away from unstable regions too.
