Analysis on the Displacement of Heated Pipeline with Symmetry Overhead Structure by Thermal Expansion

  • 摘要: 本文应用纵横弯曲梁理论, 分析平面内等臂L形架空热力管道热胀位移与内力, 及支架与管道间的摩擦力的计算问题, 并采用双重迭代法将这一高度非线性问题转换为线性方程组的求解, 从而获得了该问题的近似解答。文中还例举了计算实例。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of longitudinal bending beam, the paper analyzes the displacement and the internal force of heated pipeline with L type symmetry overhead structure in plane by thermal expansion, and the calculating problem of friction force between rack and pipeline. It also uses the dual substitution of such highly unlinear problem for the solution of linear equation, thus solving the problem of approximate explaination. The calculating examples have been listed too in the paper.
